The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities, including a private pool, and shared access to a hot tub, gym, sauna, and arcade. A Pack 'n play/travel crib and high chair are available. Long-term stays are welcome.

Supermarkets and restaurants are a 5 to 10-minute drive away along Highway 27, with more options along Highway 192. Posner Park is approximately 15 minutes away, Disney Springs and Orlando Premium Outlets are about 25 to 30 minutes away, and The Florida Mall is around 40 to 45 minutes away.
There is no smoking or parties allowed inside the home or on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Guests must wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing between 10 pm and 8 am and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs, however, mosquitoes can sometimes be unavoidable. After it rains, small bugs may wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. There is a resort fee of $20 PER VEHICLE, which is paid to the resort upon check-in and is non-refundable. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation, and up to 3 cars may park in the parking lot near the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Guests agree to pay the resort fee upon check-in.
