Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park in the spaces near the house; do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. The individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. This home is not baby-proofed. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. After it rains, some debris or small bugs may wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
