Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with starter supplies provided for bathrooms and the kitchen. Pool heat and/or hot tub must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Up to (2) cars may park side-by-side in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
