The indoor dining area is designed for shared meals, board games, or quiet moments between outings. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience, along with essentials and bed linens. Step outside to the private pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or opt to add pool heat for your stay. The patio includes outdoor furniture and a backyard area, creating a relaxed place to spend time outdoors. A barbecue grill offers the option for simple outdoor meals when the mood strikes.
Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, where you can enjoy a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and 6 clay tennis courts. Golf enthusiasts can take advantage of the public 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, and golf clubhouse with pro shop. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Pets are allowed.

Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required for pets. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
