A damage protection option is required for all reservations, either a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Check-out time is 10 AM. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Firearms are not allowed on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Report damages immediately.
