Check-out time is 10 AM; late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A starter kit is provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap in each bathroom, enough laundry detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge in the kitchen. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available, but coffee is not provided. The home is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray due to Florida's humidity and bugs. Only one house-trained dog is allowed, with written notification and approval required, and pet waste must be cleaned and disposed of properly. Absolutely no smoking and no drugs are allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 24 guests is allowed at any given time. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation, parked in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes; violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are preferred to remove shoes indoors. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors; be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are permitted on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200.
