The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
