There is a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for up to 10 people/wrist bands. The resort will provide a maximum of 10 wrist bands at guest services.
Located in Regal Palms Resort Orlando, this townhome offers a quiet retreat near the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and minutes from Orlando's attractions. You'll be within a short drive to Disney World and other major attractions just off the I4 and I192 in Orlando, and 40 minutes from the Orlando Airport.
By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of two additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
