Nestled in the Windsor Island community of Davenport, this home sits just 20–25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community with first-class amenities. The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs.
