The property is just a couple of minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. Self check-in and check-out are offered. Check-out time is 10 AM; staying beyond this time may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A starter kit includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap in each bathroom, enough detergent pods for up to two loads in the laundry room, and a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge in the kitchen. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available, but coffee is not. Security cameras are located by the front door, pointing to the driveway, and pointing to the pool equipment for security purposes. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM; guests are asked to be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence, despite professional pest spraying. The Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction; guests should be mindful of construction vehicles and debris, though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, and clubhouse amenities are fully open. All guests aged 18 and older must provide a list of their first and last names and bring a valid government-issued ID. The individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. A maximum of 15 guests can be accommodated at any given time. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Do not park on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle, as violators risk getting towed. Guests are encouraged to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately.
