Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 AM. There are cameras by the front door, pointing to the driveway, and pointing to the pool equipment for security purposes. Guests must provide a list of first and last names for all guests aged 18 and older, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 15 guests are allowed at any given time. Up to (2) cars may park side-by-side in the driveway, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Check-out time is 10 AM. Guests are required to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, pool use is not advised. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, detergent pods for up to two (2) loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. A coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not.
