The resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, and an IMAX movie theater and additional shops at Posner Park are only 7 minutes away.
This is a non-smoking and no-drugs property, with violations potentially leading to termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 7 am, so be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10 am, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, with a maximum of 13 guests accommodated at any given time. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed four per reservation, with up to two cars in the driveway; street parking is not guaranteed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community, and violations may result in towing or fines. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are expected to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure, with failure to do so potentially resulting in fines up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and while a starter set of supplies is provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, two laundry detergent pods, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, sponge, coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil), these are not refilled during your stay. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray.
