Located just off US-17/92 and near I-4, Aviana is conveniently close to Disney, golf courses, dining, shopping, and Central Florida’s top destinations—while offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. All properties are strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, and non-e-cigarette in or near the property. Failure to comply with this will result in the removal of the guest from the property without recompense or refund and the loss of the security deposit or a charge to the guest’s credit card if no security deposit is in place to cover the deep clean costs. The minimum fine for smoking is $500.00. Pets are not permitted in any property at any time. If it is discovered that a pet has been in a home, there is an automatic charge of $450.00 to cover the cost of professionally cleaning all carpets and upholstery. There is an additional charge should a pest control company's services be required. You will also be asked to leave the home, forfeiting your stay and any payments or deposits made. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. A late check-out can only be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest’s arrival scheduled. This option must be arranged in advance and cannot be added on the day of departure. Doors must be locked and the alarm (if applicable) must be set.
