Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Failure to comply with any of the terms will result in the removal of the guest from the property, without recompense or refund. Placing carts outside the property other than on specified days and/or failing to store back carts the same day after collection will incur a $100 charge. If there is excess trash on departure due to not putting trash out, there will be a $50 pickup charge. All properties are strictly non-smoking/non-vaping/non-e-cigarette in or near the property. Failure to comply with this will result in the removal of the guest from the property, without recompense or refund and the loss of the security deposit or a charge to the guest’s credit card if no security deposit is in place to cover the deep clean costs. The minimum fine for smoking is $500. If it is discovered that a pet has been in the home, there is an automatic charge of $450 to cover the cost of professionally cleaning all carpets and upholstery.
