There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Check-out time is 10 AM, and staying beyond this time may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay; each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dish-washing detergent, and a sponge are provided; salt/pepper and cooking oil are available, but coffee is not. Humidity and bugs are natural occurrences in sunny Florida; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, using the pool is not advised. Grills are propane grills, and propane is provided by the guests; a propane tank is in the house that can be taken to fill up, but its fullness upon arrival cannot be guaranteed. A maximum of 12 guests can be accommodated. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation; up to two cars may park in the driveway. Additional parking spots are available on the street next to the home, but these are not reserved, and availability cannot be guaranteed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes; violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Parking passes will be provided when you go through the gate, with the community providing up to five passes; vehicles must be parked between two white lines with passes visible to avoid towing. Tires cannot touch the sidewalk, and parking on the street is not allowed. Parking at the clubhouse is only allowed while using the facilities, and failure to observe might result in fines and towing. Please wipe shoes at the door, and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are permitted on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home and take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately.
