This Davenport retreat is designed for connection, comfort, and easygoing stays in Central Florida’s year-round warm climate. The home features a private pool and outdoor patio with a BBQ grill, a full kitchen, an indoor dining table, a washer and dryer, and air conditioning and heating.
Guests have access to Solterra Resort amenities, including a pool, gym, lazy river, recreational areas, and poolside cafe. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
