Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided by the guests, and guests should plan accordingly as there may not be propane in the tank upon arrival. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 4 per reservation, with up to 2 cars allowed in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of could result in fines up to $300. Guests are required to report damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of a reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
