It is only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World's main gate and a short drive from Universal Studios, International Drive, Celebration Town Center, and Posner Mall. The home is within 30 minutes of all Orlando theme parks and close to shops, supermarkets, and many restaurants. For a day trip, both the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast (Clearwater) beaches are within 60-80 minutes away.
This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use.
Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Up to two cars may park in the designated spaces in front of the townhouse entry door. Vehicles must not extend beyond the paver area, as even a bumper slightly hanging over the sidewalk is considered a violation within this strictly enforced community. Street parking must follow all community rules, and any vehicle found parking on the street can be fined up to $100. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
We welcome one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight) with a written notification and host approval. A pet fee is applied and is subject to up to a $150 security deposit.
There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am; please be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. The home is professionally sprayed for pests, but please be aware that bugs are a natural and common occurrence in Florida's humid climate. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. The pool is serviced weekly, and after it rains, some debris may wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
