Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 14 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
