There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 20 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation, and up to 3 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure, as failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200. Check-out time is 10 am, and staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
