If it is discovered that a pet has been in the home, there is an automatic charge of $450.00 to cover the cost of professionally cleaning all carpets and upholstery. There is an additional charge should a pest control company's services be required. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property. Failure to comply with this will result in removal from the property without recompense or refund and a minimum fine of $500.00. Trash must be placed in the carts provided and placed within five feet of the curb or street either the night before or by 6 a.m. on collection day. Remove carts promptly from curb after collection during same day. Placing carts outside property other than specified days and/or failing to store back carts same day after collection will incur a $100.00 charge.
