My first month has been very good!! The noise level of the complex is well controlled, residence and staff are very friendly! The gym has great equipment, just is small and hard to find space when busy. The pool is always full of leaves and debris. The neighborhood is awesome, I’m comfortable walking the dog around! Overall this complex is very nice!

4 stars because the amount of income you need to show is much higher with or without a guarantor than any other complex I have lived in. However the complex is clean, updated, and welcoming. Always enough parking and in a convenient location.

I love the Reese and would renew if I wasn’t moving. The building is beautiful and I love the pool area. It’s always clean. I appreciate all of the security around and in the building.
