Indigo Plantation Apartments

I have been looking for apartments for a while now and just stumbled across this Gem. Very beautiful property located in Daytona Beach. Rebecca was very kind and informative. I toured a 1 bedroom apartment.

Very quiet, office staff and maintenance are great

I've been to several properties and Indigo Plantation is by far my favorite . Its very secluded and the property its self is Beautiful. As soon as you walk into the leasing office the ladies greet you with a smile and ready to help. I was able to tour a 2 bedroom apartment and absolutely loved it.

It’s a very decent place to live. It has the essentials of what you want in an apartment. The location is close to everywhere you need to go in the city of daytona or ormond, as everything is under 25 mins away.
Now the bad, you will probably never park near your apartment building as there is constantly people coming or going. Most of whom don’t live here. If you live under someone, you’d contemplate moving everyday as no one seems to have respect for anyone under them. Or the floors and... ceilings are too thin. People always park in handicap spots, in the grass, prolly in your living room if they can since management does not care to enforce any of the rules they have. Drive carefully, people pull out of spots without a care in the world and and speed at least 2x over the posted 15mph limit. There will be dog poop in the grass by your apartment. You will see raccoons, armadillos, and possums if you leave to go get a late night snack. It is hard to get in touch with management. I like living here some days, but on other days… there’s too many loud people that doesn’t respect other tenants. I understand there’s going to be loud people everywhere but when it says no loud music, turn your music DOWN. No one wants to listen to your loud bass booming in their home. Especially if they work nights and get cranky easily. Other than that, no complaints. :)
