They aren't returning the deposit.

They aren't returning the deposit; even though they assured me I would receive the check no later than June 15, the money still hasn't been returned. They are ignoring my emails requesting the deposit refund.

Pros and Cons

Pros- Very pet friendly, lots of green space to walk dogs. Apt is fairly quiet inside, not too much noise from neighbor units. Mgr and Maint ppl on site during the week. EASY TO GET APPROVED HERE.

Cons- Dirty grounds, trash and dog poop everywhere, dumpster usually overflowing. Loud kids running around till midnight SCREAMING all the time. Mgr and Maint are physically here but don't do much. Mold and bug issues.

In Florida you have to take what you can get, and it could be worse but it could... also be better, especially for the price. I wish the landlord cared more about optics.

New management is much better

The old management would flat out lie about things being allowed/not allowed on the lease (including the pet policy) and wouldn't come out to fix anything, but they recently changed them out and the new management team is great! We usually get someone to check on our unit the same day, and even when there have been issues, they've been super helpful about them (the issues weren't their fault to begin with). Ask for Eileen in the office! :D

No interest in renters

I’ve called and left multiple voicemails, sent emails, put in an application and weeks later still haven’t heard a word from anyone that works here in any way possible.
