Pavilions at Deer Chase Apartments

I’ve lived in several apartments over the years, but none have come close to my experience at Pavillions. The community is always spotless, peaceful, and well taken care of. Maintenance is outstanding—our AC stopped working on a Sunday night, and they came out quickly and fixed it without any hassle.
I also appreciate that they offer Flex payment options, which makes things much easier. The location is another big plus: just minutes from Boca Raton and surrounded by great stores like Marshalls,... TJ Maxx, and multiple supermarkets.

Honestly, this is the best apartment community we’ve ever lived in. The location couldn’t be better just one light away from Boca Raton (0.5 miles) and everything is so close by. We’re 4 minutes from Deerfield Mall, with stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Ulta, Publix, and Burlington, and only 3 miles from Boca Town Center.

The area feels safe, quiet, and super convenient. Everything you need is just around the corner, and the community itself is clean, peaceful, and well-kept.

Lived there for 4 years. Complex & corporate Management lacks vital skills in communication, taking accountability/ownership for untruths & mistakes and taking action to enforce lease rules. They rarely answer phone when you call. Email is only way to get response. Their long-standing excuse for everything is they are understaffed. Even closed several days when someone was sick. There are plenty of other complexes that is worth the price in rent and has acceptable best practices in property... management. I recommend to stay away from this one.
