Beware! Will charge fees when you move out!

I had a disappointing experience with Enclave apartment complex. Their insistence on charging us to replace a carpet that could have been easily cleaned nearly a year ago left a bitter taste. The carpet wasn't even excessively dirty, and we had already paid a $90 cleaning fee which could have covered it. Despite multiple attempts to speak with the property manager for clarification, there has been no response. This situation feels unjust, and it's disheartening to feel like we're being taken... advantage of.

Horrible!

Renewed my lease and it’s been a nightmare ever since.! They are scam artist; and nickel and dime you. Always changing management companies and charging outrageous fees

Plus , they no longer do pest control and we now have roaches, ants plus you see dead rats in the middle of the street

I’ve been a good tenant for over 4 years and have watched this place go downhill

Don’t rent from them! I will not be renewing my lease for sure

Great location

The absolute best part about living in the Enclave besides great location and a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is Joy, the Assistant Manager!!!!
Joy’s service is always on point and never leaves me hanging. She is attentive and works at her best to get your request and/or concerns taken care of. Thank you Joy for ALWAYS giving me a great Tenant Experience!!

Best Apartment Homes for Your Money

Management is excellent, attentive, units are huge and tons of natural light. Stephanie is a gem, smart and takes care of business.

Happy I made the move!!

I'm happy that i made the move, i'm so much closer to my work, friends and family, and not far from things that i may for my day to day needs.
A good friend of mind lives here also so that a plus. i love the feel of my apartment home it feels like I'm in a house and not a small apartment and the den was a BIG PLUS!! so much room for my son (my golden retriever) to move around. he loves the dog park and the treats in the front office.
