A coffee and wine bar includes glasses, a Hamilton Beach Flexbrew Coffee Maker, a wine and beer cooler, and an ice maker. The living room offers a couch, occasional chair, and poufs for seating around a big-screen Smart TV with Cable included, and guests can log in to their own streaming services. This is a 3-story townhome with stairs only and no elevator access, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Linens and beach towels are provided, along with a courtesy supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and dish and laundry detergent. For longer stays or larger groups, guests should bring additional supplies. Beach equipment and supplies are not provided. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10 PM. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Student groups or groups under age 25 are not permitted, and booking with such a group will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors or on balconies at any time. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. Watercraft, trailers, box trucks, RVs, and campers are not permitted to be parked in the complex at any time. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
