A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Trailer/RV/Box Truck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in the complex, and towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Please dust sand from chairs/umbrellas/toys before bringing them indoors or to the patio. Any excess trash should be taken to the dumpster located behind the unit. Air conditioning should not be lower than 70 degrees. If A/C issues are caused by guest freezing unit with temp found under 70 degrees, guest is responsible for repairs. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out.
