I have lived at Venue for two years and I love it. Hands down the best maintenance I have had living in apartments. My service requests are always done the same day if not the next! The ladies in the office are always so kind and helpful. My dog loves going in the office for the dog treat bar and pop cup! Thank you for everything!

I truly enjoyed my time at the Venue! Super close to the beach at Henderson State Park and great shopping. Only moved due to a relocation. Highly recommend.

Here is why this is the best apartment complex in Destin.
1. Best kept grounds (gardeners aways keeping up the property)
2. Best management (Ashley and EJ always are responsive)
3. Beautiful pool (brand new furniture and great grills)
4. Great work out facility (well maintained new equipment)
5. Responsive to fixes
6. Great pest control
7. Best Location (Across the street from the beach)
8.Walking distance to restaurants and Fresh Market
