If you want to live in a place where management tells you that the contract you sign dosent say they care about your safetyand your family's safety move here. My cars both of them got bandalized, stairway always disgusting and smelling like poop and pee from pets, you can easily find poop or pee on the hall from pets if you walk at night. Also the fense and gates are brokent all the time anybody can drive in. Side doors are never locked and uber delivery walk in on the side door. Management?... what is that they just exist to charge rent and tell you there is nothing we can do. Literally they dont care anymore but if you put a mat outside of your door they get mad and say that affects the look of the hall but a dog poop in the hall does not. Please do not move here at all. Living at Amli 8800 was an absolute nightmare. I can't stress enough how terrible this place is. Looks great in the pictures...but from the moment I moved in, it was one problem after another.

First off, the doors and parking barriers in the community are constantly broken. It's like they've given up on maintaining any sense of security or functionality.

Trash piles up outside the property and outside the units. It's disgusting and attracts all sorts of pests. I even found one mouse in my... kitchen, and that was more than enough! And don't get me started on the roaches--they're everywhere! It's like they're permanent residents.

The worst part was the mold. It was everywhere and gave me asthma and other medical problems.

Living here has been a series of bad experiences, and I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. If you value your health and sanity, do yourself a favor and run away from Amli 8800. You deserve better. Management does not care. Read More
