Management Gets Off On Inconveniencing Tenants

Had a package delivered to the leasing office so that it wasn’t sitting out in the open as it was valuable. After confirming that it wouldn’t be a problem, the leasing manager “shooed” away the delivery driver saying that this wasn’t allowed. When she was asked about what happened she said “we don’t do that here, I don’t know who told you that was okay but it wasn’t me”. Even if it’s not okay, there should have been an attempt to reconcile the situation with a phone call but there was not a... single word said. Don’t spend your hard earned money here where the management doesn’t share its tenants best interests.

Per the community lease agreement, the office is not... responsible for accepting or storing resident packages, and we ask all residents to make alternative delivery arrangements for items they don’t want left at their door. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding this policy.

Beautiful apartment- terrible management

For nearly 3 months, my AC consistently stops working. Management ignores my emails and calls provides zero solutions and when they fix it, it doesn’t last more than two weeks.

Incredible!

Cameron has been beyond helpful in helping us find our perfect home and getting us settled! It is beautiful here with all of the clean and resort like amenities. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a lot of friendly people and dogs! The staff is sweet and so helpful. Our apartment is stunning and spacious. I absolutely love it here! Best place around

We’ve been living here for a little over 3 years and we absolutely love it here!! Kaitlyn and Tina are so accommodating and so so nice. John, our favorite maintenance man, makes sure all our requests are taken care of immediately. 10/10 recommend living here.
