Mirage Bay Apartments

I have lived here less than a year 9/10 my ac is at 80 or 79. Today it reached 84! This is the worst living experience I have ever had. These acs ate not capable of doing what they need to do!

Been almost a year since move in. The pool is very small, no clubhouse, weight room is the size of a small living room, the grass and grounds are not kept up, water stands in the middle of the grounds 8 months out of the year with high grass all around it. Palm tree rats are visible on the grounds. There are so many other places in the area with much better amenities!! They go through maintenance people like crazy so it takes forever to get something fixed. There are snakes on the property. When... the sprinklers go off, the water that is sprayed stinks horribly!! My roommate and I toured with Ashley today. She was very helpful and had answers to all of our questions. We are most interested in a vinyl floor apartment but all that is available is carpet. I wish we could rent the model home! Definitely number 1 on our search list.

I met with Ashley last week and she showed me around. The apartment was nice. I didn’t really like how the only bathroom was in the bedroom but everything else was nice. Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Management is living on a planet different from Earth. People are playing loud country music at 3am and standing outside in the common areas drinking open cheap cans of beer for hours and yelling at the moon. There are about a thousand dogs on this property many are unleashed. There are no amenities what so ever and the pool is the size of a bathtub. It could be a ok community but there are many negatives management needs to address if they ever come back to planet earth for a visit .
