This villa is designed for larger groups, featuring six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two separate living areas. The main family room is set up for relaxed evenings with comfortable seating and a TV. The full kitchen is well-suited for group meals, with ample counter space and stainless steel appliances, connecting easily to spacious indoor dining areas. Step outside to your private pool and hot tub, an inviting space for slowing down after busy days. The patio offers room to sit, enjoy the water, or fire up the BBQ grill for casual outdoor meals. Pool loungers make it easy to relax with a book or take a break between swims. A dedicated game room adds another layer of fun, featuring a pool table and ping pong table for friendly competition.
Free parking is available on the premises, and a washer and dryer are included. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are also available. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay. One house-trained dog is allowed with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee of up to $150 security deposit.

Dining options and attractions are nearby, making it easy to balance days at home with time exploring the area. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL, with world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Check-out time is 10 AM. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A propane grill is available, and propane is provided by the guests. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations, or may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
