Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome furry friends, and only one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs each) is allowed. A pet fee is required. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200.
