Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to do so can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. The home has one Ring flood camera on the garage. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations or choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300.
