While the property is professionally sprayed for pests, guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Dogs are welcome with prior written notification and host approval, limited to one house-trained dog under 50 lbs, with an additional pet fee and $150 security deposit. Propane for the BBQ grill is typically provided by guests. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 24 guests are allowed at any given time. A maximum of 4 vehicles may park in the driveway; commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, and RVs are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for violations of any house rules.
