Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 am, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
