Check-out time is 10 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies for bathrooms and kitchen are provided, but not refilled during your stay. These include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, enough laundry detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Coffee is not provided. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. Propane for the grill is usually provided by guests, though a tank is available to be filled and used. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests are asked to be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and to keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. Firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes; violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are encouraged to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Damages should be reported immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
