Designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time with the whole family, this villa offers a private pool with an option to add heat, a hot tub, and outdoor lounge areas. There are two inviting living areas, a game room, a flat-screen TV, a full kitchen, and indoor/outdoor dining. The large full kitchen is equipped with what you need to prepare meals with ease, including stainless steel appliances and cooking basics. A washer, dryer, pack 'n play, and high chair are also available.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay.
Located in the Four Corners area, the villa sits close to world-renowned attractions. Disney is a 20-minute drive away, Universal Studios is approximately 28 minutes, and SeaWorld is about 25 minutes. Dining and shopping options are also within easy reach. Guests have free access to the community water park, lazy river, amenity center, and clubhouse at The Retreat at ChampionsGate, as well as a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, 6 clay tennis courts, and tennis clubhouse. The resort is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage and one vehicle may park in the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
