Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Propane for the grill is not provided. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
