A $60 non-refundable cleaning fee is payable the first night of your stay. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and guests will be subject to fines up to $500 if there is any evidence of smoking inside the unit. Limited housekeeping service is provided, with cleaning before check-in and after check-out. Additional cleanings are available upon request and may incur an additional fee. For stays over 30 days, additional personal information and a signed License Agreement are required.
