As a Full-Time licensed Realtor since March of 2001, Roberto has experienced the effects of 9-11, the market boom thereafter, the market crash, the slow recovery, and am still here to assist during the COVID-19 crisis. Roberto believes in keeping in tune with current market trends by educating himself in obtaining the following certifications; • Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Sellers Real Estate Representative (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Certified Notary Signing Agent When Roberto was diagnosed with Kidney Disease in 2005 that did not stop him from pushing forward to earn his degree in Business Management, while taking care of his wife and three sons. His successful Kidney Transplant in April of 2012 gave Roberto his second chance at life, with more determination and a better understanding of the tragedies that life can throw at you and how to best handle these situations. Roberto brings this personal life experiences with him to all of his customers with a better understanding of his clients and the many issues that they too can face in life. Roberto donates his time with the Urban League of the Palm Beaches as a guest speaker for the first time homebuyer program explaining the process of purchasing a home and the things to look out for, and how they can better prepare themselves for their first home purchase.
