Was a great place to call home!

My wife and our two kids, have lived at Fairpointe at Gulf Breeze for the past three years, and it’s been a great experience. We’re moving out now because we just bought a house, but this place has really felt like home. One of the big reasons we chose it was the top-rated school district, and it’s been awesome for our kids. The complex is well-kept, the staff has always been helpful and easy to work with, and the community has a good vibe. Just want to say thanks to everyone for their time and... making the last few years memorable.

Best spot for the beach and close to base!

My boyfriend and I are so happy we found Fairpointe at Gulf Breeze. The location couldn’t be better, he’s at NAS Pensacola and I’m at Hurlburt, so being right in the middle of both of our commutes makes life so much easier for both of us. Gulf Breeze has such a calm, welcoming vibe, and living so close to the beaches is a huge plus. It’s quiet, convenient, and honestly the perfect middle ground for us! So glad we found y’all!

This Place is Great!

I am going on my third year living at Fairpointe and it feels like just yesterday when I moved in. I have grown so close with my neighbors and the staff here. We got a new office crew earlier in the year and they are so sweet and on top of things but honestly I’ve never had problems before either I’ve just noticed more events lately. The maintenance men always come by within the day or two of putting in a request and last time they came by they switched out light bulbs that were out even though... I had the request in for my dishwasher which was super kind and considerate. Location is super convenient and since it’s tucked away from the highway it’s a lot quieter than other places I looked at. I really do love it here and just renewed for another year.

Beyond excited!

I was coming from out of state and they made everything from the tour to moving a breeze! The rental office staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is fantastic for the price, location, and all the amenities. Me & my doggo couldn’t be happier thank you guys!

Close to Beach, Responsive Maintenance and Management

I recently moved into The Fairpointe, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The homes have stainless-steal finishes and plenty of natural light. The management team is friendly and responsive, always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. Plus, the location is ideal—quiet yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Fairpointe offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Highly recommend!
