Guests are responsible for refilling propane tanks during their stay. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident.
