Watch out for the management strategies. They find how to squeeze fees for everything. The fees magic number is 50$!

Beautiful community that still needs improvements such as having elevators, unfinished corridors that take away from the building aesthetics, management team skills could be enhanced by proper training. There’s no Christmas decorations in the entrance to our community (compared to Lennar’s and other nearby communities). The gate is locked and our cars can’t open it, therefore we need to drive around to get to our apartment. I still can’t recommend this place to friends and family. I came here... with the best intentions and positive energy. This has shifted with the nonsense.

Elan Solea : Staff Team very organized , caring and Reliable . Residents are very nice and polite . Very Family oriented community. Cleanliness and Rules are priority.
