A stellar apartment!

This property is so beautiful with the most kind and accommodating staff members. I worked with Brittany to find an apartment that best suited my needs and she was a delight!
From the lovely apartment itself, to the pool and hammocks, to the community and people on staff I recommend Banyon Bay to anyone and everyone!

Great people

I just moved in and was impressed at how easy Brittany made the move in process! I have really enjoyed how large the kitchen is and hanging out on the screen patio with my cats. Very happy to be here !

They take care of you here, and there is nature.

I've lived here over 10 years through many changes and challenges in my life. The staff takes care of you and helps you feel at home. It's wonderful, too, that the property has beautiful trees in place unlike some of the new builds that chop them all down. You can enjoy the sights and sounds of nature well for the location.

Wonderful place to live!

I have been here almost a year and cannot recommend this place enough! Everyone is super friendly and nice. It's a safe and fun environment to be in, all of the events bring all of the residents together. If there are any issues maintenance responds quickly. Wonderful place to live!

Great place to live!

I’ve lived at Banyan Bay for three years now and love it! The amenities are great and never overly crowded. The dog park is great and everyone I have met is super friendly. The staff is also awesome, they always make me feel like a priority when I have questions or concerns. Anytime I go into the office I am always greeted with a smile! Highly recommend checking it out!
