Bella Terraza

I lived at Bella Terraza between 2019-2025. When I first moved in the complex, things were excellent. The amenities were accessible, the office staff was helpful and maintenance was responsive. Each year I stayed, things got worse. The pool is never accessible and was dirty whenever it was open. The trash issue from the ONE dumpster overflowing to trash all over the property was appalling. We constantly put in maintenance requests for them to mark them completed when no one even came by the unit... . Furthermore, when maintenance does enter your apartment, the leave a mess and leave ALL your lights on. Beware, maintenance will enter your apartment when they feel like it -- when I asked why they entered with no notice, they do not respond. The office staff is a joke and has poor and unprofessional communication. They will say they will call you back, but will not, even after multiple attempts to get in contact with them on requests or concerns. My AC went out and my apartment was close to 90 degrees for close to two weeks. Only after threatening withholding rent, did the leasing office find a portable AC for my house. I live in a 3/2 and they installed the portable AC AWAY from the bedrooms, in which we had to move ourselves. After relentlessly requesting another solution, they finally replaced my AC but we were told that we were lucky that they acquired the portable one for us and that we should be thankful. The office does not communicate with you unless it's related to their pockets. They do not care about your needs because if so, they would make more of an effort to do so instead of giving long-term residents the runaround. You do not have access to the amenities you pay for. We have been living in Bella Terraza Apartments for 3 years and it has been getting from bad to worse. We have had a broken microwave that was promised to be replaced for months now and still no sign of nothing! And the pools finally got opened only for them to be gross and dirty, they need a pool person ASAP!!! And the pool bathrooms are DISGUSTING!!!! We also have submitted some work orders that we were told maintenance would come a month ago and to this day still nothing. We believe there is... only one maintenance man because we have only seen one, Arnet, he is the only one that always comes to my apartment and gets things done!!!! I have been living here and I have been in tight spots at times also however Latarsa the property manager always works with us because we communicate. So I know that previous review is not the truth. That person probably was not doing what they were supposed to do if they needed time to come up with rent.

This is the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. Save yourself the trouble and avoid moving here. The staff is rude and unprofessional, cars have been broken into on multiple occasions and don’t even bother requesting for maintenance because they’ll wait until a month before your lease is up to fix anything. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

This place is a joke they charge you way to much money for what you get. When I moved in there was fleas in the carpet they told us was brand new and sent a maintenance guy with ant killer to solve the problem.... Witch it didn't ended up happening so I had to buy my own flea killer. My water Is turned off more than its on. I had a problem with my shower it took them 2 months to come and fix it. Pipes in the build are old and they say there repiping but absolutely no water peressure can not use... sink and shower at the same time anywhere in the apt cause of the pressure issue the parking is a joke and had my car broken into. They said there getting the gate fixed for this gated community you pay for. I've lived here 5 months and never once seen anyone fixing the gate that they charge you extra for. My best advice is to avoid this place there are a lot nicer places for cheaper in a nicer area. Read More
