So many giant cockroaches. Slept in my car mostly . The big roaches or palmetto bugs made it unbearable to sleep and cook

Maintenance request
I went into the office to request a issue be fixed and noticed the staff was completely different. I thought maybe I'll get the sink repaired before the new year, but then thought nothing changes around here but the faces and put in my request anyway. About four hours later I received a call from the office, I answered thinking about what the excuse would be this time. To my surprise they wanted to know if I was happy with the work that was done. A follow up call, well this was a first and I had... no answer for the young lady on the other end of the call. She said she would follow up later, and she did... another first. I was totally happy with the work dome and haven't had any problems with the sink yet.

New property manager
The new property manager is awesome!!! The Mantince team is better than ever!!! I've been living out here for 3 years now and since we have new management now my complaints have been lessened. They work with you the best they can..
