Best in the area

Stayed here for a year back in 2014. Very few places in JAX are non-smoking. The apartment was great for the 3 of us, plus the service was excellent. Area was not great, but close to everything. Rent was reasonable.

Maintenance Is great they come right away! I hate the area. But the apartments are nice. And the apartment manager is so nice.
