How Is This Rating Determined?

What a wonderful experience

I moved into Palms at Ortega on 5/26/22.
Tommysene and Stephanie are the amazing duo. It is my personal preference that I’m moving out when my lease is up.

It has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the property or how I was treated.

They are flexible , they are very communicable, the grounds of the property are well kept. Any concerns that I may have had were addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

I don’t require much, however the accommodations were executed to fit my comfortability... .

With that being said my unit is a renovated unit, I didn’t have any issues with my specific unit at all, once again I don’t require much.

If I had to do it all over again. I would chose Palms at Ortega everytime.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

Great place to live, quiet, kid friendly, grounds kept, maintenance their when needed. Management was Awesome, Tommysene and Stephanie were great. 5 ?????
