The office staff is rude, especially the assistant property manager. Apartment had flooded many times, tub is always stopped up or backed up. Mold is bad. Toilets leak. Drugs and crime is awful here. Roaches are everywhere. It’s not worth it!

I moved here in November of 2022 and now it's
February of 2023 i can finally do a review of my experience here at riverbank. i did everything online didn't see the apartment face to face before moving in but i did see all the detail online pictures and everything did seem pretty decent. Since the day i moved in my ac been acting up either it's leaking or not cooling at all my shower been acting up too also when I first moved on my first day i took pictures of all the damage they said they would... fix them but never did. I got mold inside my apartment and only a few of my outlets are working. The apartment next to me its basically a crack house no one stay there but homeless people and drugs dealers stay in it and be making a lot of noise police did come a few time kick them out but they still go inside the next day. And the other one next to me they only smoke weed in my front patio door and i got roach everywhere. You can here everything your upstairs or next door neighbor is doing can't really sleep due to noise sometimes. Im a pregnant woman expecting to deliver in march my living conditions here is not good how am I supposed to bring a kid next to a crack house the noise and all the smoke smell coming from outside and the ac not working all the time. Most of the washer and dryer not working i have to go to a different laundry facility. I asked to be switched to an new apartment with washer and dryer and better condition they said i have to wait for 6 months which is understandable but the baby gonna be here it will be a little bit too difficult and it's way more money for the other apartment. Bad neighborhood people don't pick up after they dog ugh so much going on here.

This place is a joke. First of all, the amenities listed on the website we don’t even have access to. They are “remodeling” and so the club house is the main office currently, which means the gym we supposedly have does not exist. The pools have been closed since I moved it and often look disgusting. Half the washers in the laundry room don’t work and those that do smell disgusting. Today I tried to go do laundry and the machine used to add money to the laundry card (washers and dryers don’t... take quarters, you need the special card) was out of order. It is so frustrating because there wasn’t even a sign on the door to the laundry room and we received no email and text about this issue. I know their texts and emails work too because they alerted us today that the water will once again be shut off for a day next week for plumbing issues. Also I put in a maintenance request over a week ago because water was coming in through our baseboards. They have done nothing so far. This place may seem like it’s a good price compared to other apartments, but don’t fall for if. You don’t get what you’re paying for, not even close. The only remotely good thing is the neighbors seem nice and the ducks are cute. Don’t move here!!!!!!

They never fix anything. I went 6 months with no AC. It took them 5 months to give me a window unit.
All the pools have been closed all summer. The kids would like to get in at least one time this year. LOL.
PITIFUL
