Great property manager & great apartments!

Going on my 5th year & have loved living here with my growing family! Property manager is great & makes everything so easy! The amenities this place has to offer exceeds expectations!

Abysmal Experience

When I moved in over a year ago, staff were somewhat responsive. Now, it takes up to and over a week to get someone out. At one point, my A/C was out for four days. No one answers the emergency maintenance line. If you have an issue over the weekend, expect no response whatsoever. This wouldn't be as much of a problem if the apartments weren't so outdated underneath their glossy surface.

Beautiful property!

The pool area is big and really pretty. The location is great for shopping, food and hitting the beach!
Apartments are spacious. Thankfully the trash compactor is hidden and made to look nice!! Staff are nice and very helpful. I enjoy living here.
