A maximum of 16 guests are allowed at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Report damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
