Each of the five bedrooms is designed for relaxation, including two primary bedrooms with king beds and private en-suite bathrooms, additional king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room perfect for kids. Please be aware that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies include shampoo/conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap per bathroom, detergent pods for up to two loads of laundry, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge in the kitchen. Coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate of noise outdoors between 10 PM and 8 AM. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
