The converted garage houses a game room stocked with air hockey, a foosball table, and a variety of games for all ages. Adjacent, a billiard lounge invites friendly competition.
Step outside to a private pool with an optional heat and a hot tub. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay.
Nestled in Kissimmee’s Reunion Resort, the villa is minutes from theme park excitement, shopping, and dining. The community’s amenities, including parks and additional recreation options, are just a short walk away, making it easy to blend relaxation with adventure.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
