Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence.
