There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs, which are a natural and very common occurrence. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind.
