Guests are required to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; supplies are not refilled during your stay. Cameras are located outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. Please be aware that humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence in Florida. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Pool servicing occurs weekly, and debris may wash into the pool after rain, potentially causing slight discoloration. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking.
