This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available, but coffee is not. Self check-in and check-out are available via a smart lock, with check-out time at 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Absolutely no smoking or drugs are allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three per reservation, with up to two cars in the driveway and one on the street. Guests are asked to be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and to keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Due to Florida's climate, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence, and while the property is professionally sprayed for pests, guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. After it rains, there may be some debris or small bugs in the pool, and the pool water may appear slightly discolored.
